I'll be honest, I was skeptical. Most decaf I'd tried before tasted like something was missing. This one doesn't feel like that. The Swiss Water process keeps the flavor in a way most decaf processing doesn't, and what you get is a genuinely good cup. Smooth, a little sweet, easy on the stomach late at night. Jennie reaches for this one in the evenings. If you want the ritual without the 2am ceiling stare, this is the one.
