Our Promise We stand behind every bag we roast. If something isn't right, we want to fix it — period.
Fresh-Roasted Products Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. However if you're unhappy with your first order for any reason, reach out and we'll work with you — replacement bag, store credit, or refund. We want you coming back, not walking away.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@deadawakecoffee.com with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no charge.
Unopened Items Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Subscriptions You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at help@deadawakecoffee.com. We don't believe in trapping people — cancellations are always honored, no questions asked.
