This is not a gentle coffee. Sumatra is full, dark, earthy and it means business. Exactly the kind of cup French press was made for. I love pulling this one on a game night with friends, when you've already eaten well and want something that holds its own. The cedar and dark chocolate come through strong when you brew it slow.
